Four Feathers Wine Services produces custom sparkling wines using the traditional method. We grow fruit intentionally for sparkling wine production from select blocks in the coolest sites of our 3,500 acres of estate vineyards. Washington State offers ideal conditions to produce base wines for sparkling wines of distinction.

We offer two turnkey programs to add sparkling wine to your portfolio:

Custom tirage program:

• This is a turnkey program that requires a 250-case minimum order.

• Wines are custom-blended from our current wine inventory.

• Your order includes stock glass, corks, cages, white cartons, COLA submission, and labeling. Note that you must supply your own labels.

Shiner program:

• Sparkling shiners are available in pallet quantities of 44 cases.

• Availability:

  Blanc de Blancs: Brut, Extra Dry

  White Blend: Brut, Extra Dry

  Sparkling Rosé: Brut, Extra Dry

  Blanc de Noirs: Brut

• Your order includes stock glass, corks, cages, and COLA submission. Labeling is available for an additional fee.

• Private label brand concepts available.

We operate one of the most sophisticated sparkling production lines in the United States. It features:

• Bertolaso Aurora Biduler/Crowner: This top-of-the-line addition to our still bottling line ensures fast, consistent tirage bottling of our sparkling products.

• Oeno Concept Hextra riddling systems and Oeno Concept riddling bins: Our Hextra systems enable us to riddle more than 3,000 bottles in a precise, uniform way that reduces the risk of inconsistency in the process.

Our custom-designed disgorging line features state-of-the-art technology from industry leaders such as Champagel, Perrier, Robino & Galandrino, and Cavagnino & Gatti, among others.

In addition to handling up to 10,000 bottles daily, our sparkling line provides clients unparalleled flexibility to customize their blends, disgorging dates, and dosage programs, depending on the project size.
