Frederique Vion
Head Winemaker
Frederique is head winemaker at Four Feathers Wine Services and oversees all winemaking operations for the company. Frederique joined the Four Feathers team in 2012. Prior to that, she spent 16 years as winemaker, assistant winemaker, and cellar master for Sagelands Vineyards in eastern Washington. She also has worked at wineries in Australia and the Haut-Médoc region of France near Bordeaux.
A native of France, Frederique grew up in Provence, which may explain her passion for rosé. She graduated from Perpignan University with a degree in agronomy and achieved a master’s degree in winemaking and viticulture at Toulouse University in the southwest of France.
Frederique enjoys cooking, baking, hiking and skiing with her two sons, as well as visiting her family in the South of France while enjoying local rosé wines and joie de vivre.
