David Forsyth, a Washington native, has over thirty years in the Washington wine industry. After earning his MS in Enology at UC Davis, David was a winemaker at The Hogue Cellars for 23 years and at Mercer Wine Estates for 5 years. In his service to the Washington wine industry, David sat as past chairman to the Washington Wine Technical Group, vice-chairman of the Wine Science Center Development Authority, and as a member of the Washington Wine Advisory Board and Washington Wine Institute. In his free time David enjoys biking, skiing, skydiving, and gardening.
